How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Yes, you can change quantity and even cancel your order contact Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
My product is missing parts.
Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance @
How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually, your product should arrive within 3-5 business days upon the order unless stated otherwise. The duration your order will take should be found on the product page.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Once you place your order, you have a small window of 30 minutes to cancel it before it is fully processed for delivery. While you can still request a cancellation once the product is processed. However, you should note that cancellation once your product is processed is not guaranteed.

Do you offer free shipping?
Well, that will depend on the product. While there are a lot of products we offer that have free shipping, there are some that have a shipping fee attached to them. Just confirm on the piece you have selected whether free shipping is offered or not. The orders are processed, once the payment is received and shipped within 3 -5 Business days.
